Our highly educated, award-winning team is comprised of over 30 industry-leading experts with diverse, global experience representing a broad range of technical disciplines. Aerospace engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, materials scientists, equipment designers and automotive engineers all contribute to the success of our customer programs.

Jon Fox-Rubin, Ph.D.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Prior to Fiberforge, Dr. Fox-Rubin was at Rocky Mountain Institute, where he worked to bring new fuel-saving and emissions-reducing technologies into the transportation sector. He earned both a Master's Degree and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology — Sloans Automotive Laboratory. There, as a Cummins Fellow, he concentrated on the reduction of automotive emissions for an industry consortium and developed market-based approaches to abating air pollution. Dr. Fox-Rubin has also worked in the aerospace industry at Dornier, GmbH in Germany and at the University of Colorado's Center for Space Construction.

Gary Bagley

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bagley brings solid financial management skills along with operational experience in materials manufacturing to Fiberforge. Mr. Bagley was operations manager of Chesapeake Plywoood, LLC, where he managed all accounting activities for five companies. He also served as special products consultant to Cardinal Health, a lab automation company. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College.

David Cramer

Chief Operating and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cramer, one of Fiberforge’s co-founders, has served multiple management roles as the company has transitioned from pre-commercial R&D to full commercial availability. As the leader of Fiberforge's development team, Mr. Cramer has secured strategic partnerships with world-leading engineered materials companies, automotive suppliers and global OEMs, and is responsible for developing and protecting the company's patented and patent-pending intellectual property. He received a Bachelor of Arts, graduating magna cum laude, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science with high honors, from Dartmouth College.
